NGC and PMG at Whitman Winter Expo 2021

NGC and PMG regularly accept submissions to the Baltimore Show.

NGC and PMG are accepting recurring submissions for all service levels * at the Whitman Winter Expo in Baltimore, Maryland from Thursday, November 18 through Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 12:00 PM. The cut-off time may change due to the volume of submissions. Ask the NGC and PMG staff at our booth (# 1221) about the cut-off time.

All submissions are sent to NGC / PMG headquarters in Sarasota, Florida for authentication, evaluation, and encapsulation. Services include ancient, US, and world coin grading, US and world notes grading, bulk pre-screen filing, imaging, and more.

Special note: Due to the special treatment required, NGC and PMG will not accept submissions of the following coins and banknotes at this show: coins and banknotes for First / Early Releases designations, coins over 3.5 inches (90 millimeters) in diameter * and 0.39 inches (10 Millimeters) deep, and coins requested by NGC must be submitted in original sealed mint packaging, including:

  • Coin and Chronicle Sets
  • Coin and currency sets
  • American Liberty set of four medals
  • March of Dimes three coin set
  • West Point Two Coin Set
  • San Francisco Two Coin Proof Set
  • 30th anniversary of the eagle
  • 25th anniversary of the eagle
  • 20th anniversary of the eagle
  • American Liberty series
  • 10th anniversary platinum sets

These submissions must be sent by the submitter directly to NGC / PMG headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.

* Up to and including 5 ounce coins. Coins larger than 5 ounces will not be accepted and must be sent directly to NGC headquarters in Sarasota, Florida by the submitter.
