LRCA is offering gold rarities in the Regency auction in December

The numismatic boutique auction house Legend Rare Coin Auctions will close its Regency auction series 2021 with a major event on Thursday, December 16. Four “named” collections will solidify sales, and three of them will focus on gold coins. This powerful offering represents the largest and most impressive selection of gold coins the company has ever offered.

$ 50-1855-PCGS-XF40

The first is Cody’s Collection, a PCGS registry set of 19th century gold coins. Complete except for two pieces, this collection is all PCGS and all CAC approved. The collection, built up over a decade and a half, comes from a long-standing customer of Legend Numismatics and Legend Rare Coin Auctions. Each coin in the set has been clearly handpicked in order to achieve excellent visual quality in addition to excellent technical quality for the assigned grades. The highlights include:

  • G $ 1 1855 PCGS MS66 + CAC
  • $ 2.50 1829 PCGS MS64 CAC

Gold, gold and WOW better gold! “, Said Laura Sperber, founder of Legend Rare Coin Auctions,” As strong as the coin market was last year, high-quality rare gold coins have mostly remained hidden, which frustrates dealers and collectors alike. In our December Regency auction this year we will be offering one of the best selections of rarities. The timing couldn’t be better! “

The auction will take place on Thursday, December 16 in conjunction with the PCGS Members Only Show at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas, NV.
